The location of the hostel was great, situated in a quiet street. the common area had a cute decoration and it was a nice place to relax. I also enjoyed the friendly staff, although they mostly spoke Spanish, they tried their best to answer my questions.
The breakfast provided was super basic and the kitchen was very unclean. the staff seemed to socialize and relax in the kitchen, making it difficult to put a meal together.

I recently stayed at Casa Blanca in Tarija for a few days and it was a wonderful experience. The hostel had a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, with clean facilities and a well-equipped kitchen. Each bed had a convenient plug socket and light. The owner, Luis, organized fantastic tours, including a memorable winery tour where he adjusted the schedule based on our requests. the location, friendly staff, and positive atmosphere made Casa Blanca feel like a home away from home.
I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The kids loved the games room and had a blast playing foosball and ping pong. The staff were very friendly and always had a smile on their faces. Being able to stay connected with the free Wi-Fi was a bonus!
My wife says that the only thing she wished for was a playground for the kids.

The room at Casa Blanca Hostel was cozy and comfortable, with 2 bunk beds and 1 single bed. It made me feel right at home. The shared bathroom was clean and maintained, and I never had to wait in line to use it. Having a safety deposit box in the room gave me peace of mind knowing that my belongings were secure.
Personally, I found the shared kitchen to be a bit crowded at times. But I'm sure others enjoy the social aspect of it.
